Shipping
- Made to order. Every SolFolk piece is printed or embroidered just for you. Most orders are produced in 2–7 business days.
- Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what’s in your order. Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after they ship, and you’ll get a tracking link by email.
- US only for now. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Returns & exchanges
- Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the fit note and Garment Details before you order (our hoodies run small, so size up).
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the right address; reshipping may carry a shipping charge.
