SolFolk (“we,” “us”) runs solfolk.us. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details. Card details are entered into our payment processor’s secure form and are never stored on our site.
- When you create an account: your name, email, password and saved addresses.
- When you contact us: your name, email and anything you include in your message.
- When you start checkout: if you enter your email at checkout and don’t finish, we may save your cart and email to send a reminder.
- Automatically: your browser, device, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived, through cookies and similar tools described below.
How we use it
- To process, make, ship and support your order, including emails about your order.
- To answer your messages and requests.
- To send cart reminders and, if you sign up, news about drops. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store:
- Printful, which makes and ships our products, receives your name, shipping address and order details.
- WooPayments (powered by Stripe) processes your payment.
- Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver your package.
- Our web host stores the site and its data.
- Advertising partners such as Google, Reddit and Snapchat may receive information about your visit and purchases through cookies or pixels to measure our ads and show you relevant ads. Under some US state laws this can count as “sharing” or “selling” for targeted advertising; see Your choices below.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or site.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may not work without them.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your account details at any time in My Account.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising. Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have additional rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Contact messages and abandoned-cart records are deleted when no longer needed.
Security
Our site uses encryption (HTTPS), and payments are handled by our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
